Kato Hisaki defeats Uehara Makoto by Extra Round Split Decision
I thought Kato had done enough after three.
While he did limit himself to the left body and inside lowkicks, he was effective there.

Second round was a bit clinchy with both fighters trying to land big knees. Massaro landed a really nice teep, though.

So, at the end of the first round the ref warned Massaro for double handed pulling into a knee. Fight continues, no harm done.
Then, in the second round the fight turned ugly with the clinches.
In the third round, the clinching continued and Glunder was carded not once, not twice, but three times into disqualification.
Here's the thing though, I don't feel Glunder was fully to blame here. Yes, it was obvious Kido was effectively bothering Glunder to a point where he was holding legs and clinching, but Kido did a lot of hanging and initiated clinches as well.
For what it's worth, I feel Kido was already winning this fight without his opponent getting carded.
Just not a fun fight to watch and a very weird way for it all to play out.
