Takeru is undergoing surgery for tendons in his fist. Please pray for the scalpel that dares to break his skin

K-1 are saying 6 months, but obviously they have a vested interest in saying he'll be back soon. For what it's worth, Takeru is already back in the gym doing padwork but not throwing the right

Kaew vs Rukiya, Takei vs Rivas, and Saikyo vs Varela are all really good stuff. If he's not too banged up from going 800 rounds with Urabe I'd like to see Kenta Hayashi defending to round it out, but it's already a long ass card.

The problem with Cat Fish is you never know which version is going to show up.

Card is now 18 fights long! www.k-1.co.jp/schedule/16495/Fukashi is fighting Daizo Sasaki, Sasaki's a very good, durable, but unspectacular fighter with a bit of a bad habit of getting clipped when darting in with punches. Should be a good test to see where Fukashi belongs in the division. Kimura is fighting some Aussie Muay Thai guy called Cruz Briggs, don't know anything about him other than the name. Pretty quick turnaround for Kimura, he got his bell rung pretty good by Kondo a few days ago.
