It looks like some of the fights on the scheduled card were already held on the undercard.

Yes, not so bad.
Now that it started I would say it's decent quality, not perfect but watchable.

Sound is very strange, I have thai commentary coming out the left speaker and english out the right at the same time.

English language commentary shouldn't be heard in the Thai broadcast, but only the Fight Network one. That's the issue that's going on. If you're irritated by it you can kill your right speaker output in the settings, set it to mono rather than stereo or switch to the FightNetwork stream to fix it.
Production looks really good other than that, so I can overlook an issue like this.

BTW K-1 seems to have switched from a Blue and Red corner to a Black and White corner like Glory.
Given K-1's logo, it kinda makes more sense for K-1 to use it.
