It was basically sparring at 25%-50% capacity until Egawa's rolling thunder landed better than Takeru's which is when they decided to throw down semi-seriously.

Oiwa Tatsuya defeats Stauros Exakoustidis by Unanimous Decision
Though I would have liked to see an extra round, I think the decision was fair. Stauros really showed up in the 2nd round, but aside from that was mostly on the receiving end. You can argue about Stauros scoring a knockdown in the 2nd, but since that wasn't called the scoring here makes sense.
Good victory by Oiwa.
I just hope they get Stauros back as he's a great fighter and one of the nicest blokes.

BTW why did I miss something or why didn't Shinohara Yuto vs. Osawa Fumiya happen? Osawa suffered an eye injury 2 weeks ago and got pulled. He was replaced by Seiya, but he only had 10 days to cut 14 kgs and only got 12kgs the way there. They floated a catchweight with penalties to Seiya but Shinohara declined |
