No japanese fighters should be allowed to fight over 67kg ever again Not even Kaito. Masato and many others would disagree. It's not like Noiri fought a can or got blown out in the first round. If Thailand, China and the rest of Asia can deliver elite talent at 70kg and above, so can Japan. And they have before.

Bodybuilder and businessman Tibor Koppers has pressed charges against Rico Verhoeven. Allegedly Koppers was threatened by Verhoeven and his manager Karim Erja at the World Museum in Amsterdam last week. Koppers and Verhoeven used to be business partners, launching a series of nutritional supplements a few years ago. Eventually the company went bankrupt, a lawsuit followed and their relationship soured. Rico and his manager dispute the claims and lawyers are getting involved. This is not good. Looks like the prosecution has dropped the case due to lack of evidence.

If Noiri had a chance against any elite 70kg kickboxer was against Sitthichai, mainly because he already seems to be a little bit over his prime and he is not a very big 70kg guy. Now is clear he has no business against the Allazovs, Superbons or Grigorians of life. Masato would be the exception to the rule.

There have actually been lots of successful Japanese fighters at 70+kg, but I do agree with you that Noiri probably is just a bit too small to be a threat to the elite at that weight.

Pretty unreal how much Marciano resembles his father.

Abena is now under the same management as Rico. This may explain why Rico and his entourage were rooting for him during the tournament.

Pretty unreal how much Marciano resembles his father. I remember when Sattari made a video for his channel where he sparred Peter, Marciano and Montana.. I got the impression that Marciano was someone who enjoyed kickboxing, but that Montana was the one with the spark. I think Sattari sensed that too.
