Is it true that Diender was the first fighter to be trained by Peter Aerts?

I like the fact that the director recognizes that the "singer" is so bad that they have interrupted her performance with promos not once, but twice.

Is it true that Diender was the first fighter to be trained by Peter Aerts? I have no clue, but maybe Aerts' book makes a mention of it. I have yet to read it.

So yeah, that was short but brutal.

A mismatch of epic proportions. It would have been borderline humorous had Holzken not of landed that dynamite leaping knee at the end.

Very true. Perfect comeback fight for Nieky though, albeit a bit short. He shook off some ring rust and gained an audience in Turkey. Might have gotten paid well in the process.

Yes, I wish more fighters had his......"fighting outlook", is the best way I can describe it.
I see Quarteron was parading his Thai Fight Super Heavyweight belt at the weigh in, a belt of such prestige it's name has never been uttered outside of Quarteron's living quarters ever since he won it.

Hahaha I noticed that as well. This is his build up to the eventual Badr fight. If he wins, that is.

These Romanian singers are so hilariously bad, it's like they're caricatures of what they're supposed to represent.

Or even if he looks too good (which is highly unlikely with Quarteron, the guy has two left feet I swear) he still might not get the fight.

I must admit Quarteron has tidied himself up quite a bit since the last time I saw him fight. He has however, had it all his own way since the 60 second mark of the opening round.

Quarteron did land as many right hands to the back of the head as he did to scoring areas. His bodywork had great effect but he rarely went back to it and he disobeyed the 'single strike in the clinch' rule several times. He's a roughouse, that's for sure. But would Badr struggle with him?

Quarteron does have a solid base set of skills and physical tools, but he's a bit slow. I'd like to see him against a somewhat bigger name. He is no match for Badr though, even when he's in his washed up mode.
Anyway, this event was pretty much what I expected it would be. The Diender fight was fun however.
Merry Christmas, guys!
