KRUSH.40 results here... www.krush-gp.com/event/krush40/Taisei Kondo draw JGo Kato def. Naoki Ishikawa via 1st round KO (barrage of punches) Shintaro Matsukura def. Onder Ural via unanimous decision Masahiro Yamamoto def. Yannis El Hajaoui via majority decision Keita Makihira def. Yuya Yamamoto via ext. round decision In true Yamamoto style looks like the fight was a close draw after 3 rounds but in the extension round he got countered off a high kick with a punch that did enough to be called a knockdown. Yasuhiro Kido def Hiroki Nakajimi via unanimous decision Kido scored a down in the first with a right hook. After the fight he said he wanted to defend his belt against a top-level foreign fighter.

So here's the catch; Verhoeven VS Falin will be under boxing rules. Yeah, that improves Falin's chances... Also Enriko Kehl, who was scheduled to fight Marco Pique is fighting Chad Sugden now and Pique is fighting another opponent.

According to his Facebook page Brice Guidon is retiring, or rather, taking an indefinite break from fighting.

So K-1 is coming to Thailand after all. Wonder who else will fight here. Saenchai seems likely but other than that guys from Banchamek Gym to fill the card or maybe other Thais with names.

Yeah, I can imagine Saenchai probably being in the co-main event. I just hope it won't be a sad card outside of the main one or two fights.

Very solid name to add to their roster. They need a lot more than this, though.
I have a feeling K-1 is looking to sign at least 1 solid name for each of their weightclasses to be able to establish recognizable champions in each division and do so in a fast way.
I wonder how their weightclasses will actually look though, as 80kgs is kind of inbetween welterweight and middleweight.

Looks like Glory has added Fred Sikking to their 95kg roster.

I'm talking about actually being signed, which just happened recently.

Did they scout the guy in the SuperKombat UK tryouts?
