Got to say, SFS at the moment looks 10 times better than the main card.

We have an updated fightcard:
Main Card Main Event - Welterweight Title Fight Nieky Holzken VS Raymond Daniels II
Co-Main Event - Heavyweight Fight Xavier Vigney VS Daniel Sam
Middleweight Contender Tournament Casey Greene VS Quinton O'Brien Dustin Jacoby VS Ariel Sepulveda
SuperFight Series Anderson 'Braddock' Silva VS Jamal Ben Saddik Murthel Groenhart VS Chad Sugden Giga Chikadze VS Anvar Boynazarov
I'm baffled by the tournament line-up, but at the same time this is exactly what we should expect from Glory. Vigney VS Sam could and should be switched with any of the matchups lined up for the SFS thus far.

Is it really announced to be a contender tournament? Or the winner goes in a true contender tournament? You know, like the one Vigney won.

We don't really know the significance of Vigney's Tournament victory, regardless of what was said in advance.
If Vigney somehow beats Sam I see him getting a title shot and I believe the same thing will be applied here; say Jacoby wins this tournament. I can see Glory giving him a winnable fight which retroactively turns into a "title eliminator" if he wins it.
Daniels getting a title shot only fuels that theory.

Daniels at least is half decent compared to Vigney or Jacoby lol. And he is fun to watch when he beats up on lower opposition. What does Vigney and Jacoby have? Bloody nothing. And i doubt Sam is a winnable fight for Vigney, he's just that bad!

I don't disagree with you. Thing is, any American that can at least strings some wins together will get huge chances. Continuously. Jacoby has won the Road 2 Glory tournament over two years ago. Those wins are still giving him fights today. Imagine him actually winning this tournament..
As for Vigney, yeah I agree that his chances of beating Sam are slim and if he loses to Sam nothing much will happen except maybe a slight update to Glory's rankings. If Vigney somehow pulls off the upset? Shit, this will have been a title eliminator all along! Vigney is the second coming who is 5-0 in Glory!
