Both of them are young and both of them are huge.
I have watched some fights with Roman Kryklia and I'm really impressed. The guy is 203cm tall !!!!! and he moves very fast and fluid for his size. It's impressive. Very good boxing both in distance and close range. Knows how to use his reach as well and has a very good clinch game. We can already forget about Andrey Gerasimchuk or ismael lazaar(though both of them are very good and top 16 at the moment IMO), but in the next few years I really believe that Roman Kryklia will be top 3.
On the other hand we also have ben saddik. He is very big and very powerful, with incredible killer instinct, but is undisciplined, has bad gass tank and sometimes seems like doesn't have heart. Also he is kind of sloppy.
Who do you think has more potential Kryklia or Saddik and where do you foreseen them in the future?

Is it okay to say neither?
I don't think that either one will be the next big thing, but I think that Kryklia has more of an upside than Ben Saddik.

Probably neither. Kryklia is young and does look like he could become something, we'll see.

LUNGUUUU!!!
In all seriousness though, I tend to go with 'neither' as well.
Are there upcoming talents in HW? Definitely, though I don't really see anyone right now as the next big thing.
Right now I'm not even really sure if it's possible to be seen as the next big thing either; you'd have to beat several top or semi-top guys which are spread out all over the kickboxing map so you'd have to be active in like 5 promotions.
However, if you ask me to list a few guys who are below the age of 30 and might make a splash in the next few years, these are some of the names I'd go with:
Roman Kryklia - age 23 Ismael Lazaar - age 24 Jamal Ben Saddik - age 25 Murat Aygun - age 27 Andrey Gerasimchuk - age 28

Roman Kryklia - good size, good shape, good stamina, good speed, but lacks power and is overactive, his technique is all over the place, lack of experience i guess. Very chaotic in his attacks, without focus, without timing. In his current state he will have problems against counter fighters and sluggers. I think that he has potential to become big in the future.
Ismael Lazaar - good power and sluggish style. This sumo physic won't do him a favor and the size as well. I think that he will have problems against tall technicians and average counter fighters.
Jamal Ben Saddik - good size, but bad shape, good power, but low speed. His guard is too high, leaving his ribs exposed for clean mid kicks, knees and body shots, he also doesn't have durability there. Smart fighter will rip him apart for under a minute, like Ghita did. In his recent fight with Silva he tried to play counter attacking game with check left hooks, but it didn't work for him, cuz he lacks the timing and the speed. With his current skill set, his best chance is to bet on sluggish style, like Bob Sapp did before.
Xavier Vigney - good size, good shape, good power, average stamina, low speed, mega chin. His legs lack durability and doesn't block or counter low kicks, witch will cause him problems against technicians. His style is good against sluggers, because of his chin, power and reach.
Andrey Gerasimchuk - good size, good shape, good stamina. His MT style with clinch & knee till u die won't do him good in serious kickboxing organizations. He needs to adjust his game if he plans to fight in kickboxing rules.
Murat Aygun - i didn't know about his existence. I watched the first fight that i found in youtube with him and he seems to have the biggest potential from all the guys that i listed above. Big ass speed and explosiveness, but low power (although he compensates it with his counter attacking). Combination between technician and counter attacker. I will watch more fights of him when i have the time.
Me - after 2-3 years you might see me in the heavyweight division as well, hahah. But for now i am just amateur, just recently did my first fight, but i have big plans for myself, hahaha

Man, just watched another Murat Aygun fight. He might lack stamina and is not the best finisher out there, but ... I am really impressed with his technique. He goes to the legs, masking the low kick with punch combinations, he goes to the body, he is trying to use high level defense /Evasion/, still not very good at it, but with the time and experience it will become better. He has descent chin also. How come he is not singed by SUPERKOMBAT? Some of you guys have more info on him like record, size, fighting organizations, etc ?

Lazaar is probably the best prospect and honestly, he needs to drop some weight. If he does, he's most likely no longer a heavyweight.

Aygun is one of the most promising looking heavyweights. I agree that he still looks a bit rough around the edges, but he's only had a handful of pro fights thus far. He's currently with Team Aerts and is fighting in the upcoming GFC HW 4 Man Tournament. I'm not sure about his size; he looks to be around 220lbs-6ft / 100kgs-185cm. Not the biggest heavyweight, but definitely a promising one. BTW good luck with your own fighting career, be sure to keep us updated!

At a more 'fitting' weight he'd probably be a LHW, I'm not sure we'll see him drop down though. He comes across as a guy who is naturally gifted, but not necessarily a hard worker.

Yeah, i can see the Aerts influence on him with the low kicks. Even if he is not that tall, he has the skill set to find the range with the kicks, head movement and counter attacking. I am looking forward for this tourney!
Thank u, mate. I will keep u updated as soon as i take my career on the next level!
Absolutely. I think that the LHW will fit him better, but i don't see him dropping weight as well.
