Round 2: Jacoby going forward again while Barrett can't seem to find his range with the punches. Halfway through the round Barrett starting to show signs of fatigue. Jacoby looks fine and ends the round on a strong note.

Barett refusing to beat the count and gets K.O.'ed. Nothing new.

Round 3: Jacoby tries a spinning heel kick that misses. Some clinching from Barrett. Jacoby going forward aggressively. Jacoby hits Barrett with a punch flurry that puts Barrett down. Barrett can't beat the count!
Jacoby defeats Barrett by KO R3 (punching combination).
I'm impressed!

While I expected Jacoby's stamina to be fine -being a Denver native and all- I didn't expect Jacoby to just be able to physically overwhelm Barrett like this.
Barrett was a really promising looking fighter a while ago, but his hypetrain crashed HARD!
Strike stats say Barrett threw more, while Jacoby connected more.

Hzhahah, Wilnis decided to fight a boxing fight versus Adegbuyi. Who expected that?

Round 1: Adegbuyi and Wilnis go tit for tat, I wonder why Wilnis isn't going for Adegbuyi's legs. That said Wilnis is landing some killer right straights on Adegbuyi. Adegbuyi still looks kind of fresh, let's see if he can keep this up.
I'd give the first round to Wilnis.

Round 2: Round starts with both guys just dropping bombs trying to get the other fighter out there. This is a great war of attrition. Awesome round of action.
I have Wilnis taking this one as well.

What a smart guy is that Wilnis! He had the advantage before the fight and now he made it 50/50 fight from the second round on

Round 3: Picking up right where they left off.
Thrown strikes so far: 244 - Wilnis 168 - Adegbuyi
That's crazy considering the circumstances! Neither fighter is willing to give up and they trade until the round ends.
This was an awesome fight!

Altitude or not, this fight was laughable. I felt ashamed watching the last 2 rounds. They really REALLY need to stop making HW tournaments at high altitudes. The guys were swimming in the last 2 rounds.
Edit: oh, almost forgot, it was an easy win for Wilnis in my eyes. Benny might have took first, maybe, but 2 and 3, looking past all the swimming, Wilnis thrown a lot more and "cleaner".

I think it was awesome. These guys went all in until the final bell and hit each other with some bombs without showing a sign of going down.

Well sure, they certainly did went all in. But calling anything thrown in round 2 and 3 bombs ..... more like fire crackers.
Split decision for Benny, HOW? :/

Nah, it's not because of the tournament those perfomances. You can't expect to drink bear and eat kebabs all day and night long and then perform great in a tournament, except if u are not on juse like the Prince of Kickboxing The whole mentality of today kickboxers is wrong - the sport is becoming more about size and bodybuilding before all in the heavyweight division. And btw .. what a robbery was that decision

Adegbuyi takes it by Split Decision.
I had it for Wilnis on activity alone.
I see a lot of people complaining about the fight, while I have an issue with the decision. The fight was great.
