Beautiful fight by Rico! He Destroyed Benny. HW division seriosly needs new blood, Rico dominating and he is doing it easily.

That idiot Badr Hari might give him a good fight, as well as Gokhan Saki or even Zabit Samedov, i don't see any other in this devision as a threat to Rico right now and all of those guys don't have GLORY contract.

I was only half paying attention but I thought for sure Murthel won 4 rounds. It's fucked up that this keeps happening.

The event just ended on Spike so I guess it was actually live after all.
Quick thoughts:
- Tournament was mehh, early stoppages in the Oblonsky fight and the Finale (Lucia Rijker who was doing the commentary with Jeroen Post hinted that might have been influenced by the Amsterdam major being in the audience)
- Oblonsky fighting after apparently very recently losing his sister seemed wrong, especially when you see how he looked in the ring.
- Chi Bin Lim fighting Amrani again was pointless.
- Rico just massacred Benny. Very impressive
- I wonder what criteria Glory uses in judging a fight. I thought Groenhart had won the fight due to clearly outscoring Holzken. At the same time Holzken went forward for the whole fight and clearly seemed to do more damage, which became especially apparent during the fifth round. I'm not going to say this was 'another terrible decision', because I didn't have that much of a problem with RvR/Sitthichai either (despite favoring Sitthichai), it's just that Glory seems inconsistent with their criteria.

ISKA Europe appoints the judges and refs for these events and I'm honestly curious what their criteria is for picking said individuals. I'm wondering if they aren't vetting them enough and they are coming in with clear biases or what.
I still think that Sitthichai/Robin was far worse than Murthel/Nieky, but Murthel won that fight tonight. The only thing that I could have seen them scoring for Nieky is "you gotta beat the champ" (which is fucking ridiculous, btw) and that he was backing Murthel up. Sitthichai spent the whole fight backing Robin up, so yeah. I dunno.

They aren't even really consistent on how they are bad which adds to the horribleness. Can't know what they score. If you at least knew oh they really value you being the one pushing it, but no. It's just random. Hang in there till the decision. Throw a lot that lands, or maybe just whatever. Be the aggressor, or not...l0l0l0l0l  |
