Fertita brothers keep denying the sale. This is happening as well today, but not really any fights of note on there.

Whoever takes it on will have a raft of problems to negotiate over the next 10 years. Concussions are going to be a big deal for the UFC over the next 5-10 years. And if somehow the Ali Act not only comes into play but is actually enforced (a very long shot) then the new owners would lose a lot of control for their billions.
The other question is, should the sale go through will the new owners bring in their own staff or keep on a team that not only seem quite content to let the regular faces get all the credit for the moves that they actually make and are incredibly efficient and excellent at their jobs? And if it were the former, would it be a straight quick bloodletting of employees or a slow process?
If the former were to happen then not only the UFC but MMA itself, in North America at least, will not quite be the same.
Dana White has reportedly been asked to stay on in some capacity should the sale happen, but I wouldn't have thought that he would. A rumoured personal $35m payout for selling up coupled with the fact that he may have to toe the line a bit more with the new owners would be enough to make him walk away.
All conjecture at the moment, however.

Well I mean of course they could flush down billions down the toilet and change it all but most should keep their jobs and the Chinese bring in and get new staff for the Chinese market. It's been sorta hilarious following the UFC sale in various different western MMA medias who have no fucking clue about anything happening anywhere in asia Literally seen people say shit like Chinese will pay billion(s) just for the PPV rights for China. UFC is on like vimeo in China. It'll be interesting to see what kind of TV partner they'll get/are bringing in for China, in what kind of time frame they can go to China properly and what local talent can they get anymore or if are willing to pay for it. Optimally for them the sale should have happened like 6 months ago. Now they'll be playing a little catch up on everything: TV, talent, gyms etc. Many many more embarrassing MMA media moments to come from all this.
