Looks like Kyotaro is taking a stay busy fight against David Radeff from France on the 18th of December in Tokyo.
Kyotaro is currently 10-1 in boxing as a heavyweight after making the switch from kickboxing to boxing ~3 years ago.

So yeah, Kimbo did not fight Ustinov due to what appear to be monetary issues. What a surprise.
Ustinov fought - and beat - Chauncy Welliver instead.
