I've seen it mentioned from multiple sources although it might all lead back to that one source you mentioned.
Would be awesome if true even if I don't give Silva much of a chance at this point.

Its official. Mindbogglingly, apparently the main event is now Meisha Tate vs Amanda Nunez. The single most underwhelming fight in the main part of that card. |

I guess they just want to give a nod to the female fighters since it is at least a title fight. As you might know I don't particularly care for female fighting, but I guess it's a nice bit of recognition.

Lesnar-Hunto shoulda remained the headliner IMO but I get the title fight headlines thing...sorta wish they had just let it slip this time though. Someone just pointed it out on twitter to me the Kunlun stream starts earlier than usual, pretty soon after this is done. No idea when I'm supposed to sleep  |

That said, Aldo looked really impressive and I thought given the circumstances Silva did great as well. Even hurt DC to the body right at the end.

Checked out a few fights. Aldo looked clean and Cain got a nice finish. Everything else was pretty mediocre unfortunately.
Both the Alvarez and the Jedrzejczyk main events were more exciting than much that happening in these cards, but its been a hectic week for the UFC and this event is still a big win for them nonetheless
