Man Taiga is crazy. Still 20 years old. All the talent genes we thought HIroya had went to him Are they related? I had no idea. Taiga is Hiroya's little brother. And wow, he's just toying with Hirotaka now. Urabes and Kawabes are natural enemies.

Lol.
Now that you said it I see similarities. I figured they were just teammates and since they don't use their last names I didn't make the connection.

Urabe brothers are now 0-3 vs. Kawabe brothers now. Tebar should be a better match up for Koya,

Urabe brothers are now 0-3 vs. Kawabe brothers now. Tebar should be a better match up for Koya, I feel Hirotaka is still in his slump. Even though he defeated Wolf, it wasn't a 'clean' victory.

Koya knocks Tebar down twice in Round 2 and wins by TKO (Tournament rules).
Man that sucks for Tebar, losing twice in one night and one of those losses being a (T)KO.
Were the reserve fighters injured?

Were the reserve fighters injured? I think the reservers are lower priority beneath the quarter-final loser. The quarter-final loser advances unless he's been ko'd or is otherwise injured (I remember Kido suffering a terrible two loss combo after getting his arm broken by Hinata then ran over by Kohi). Kyoken Takeuchi broke Hayashi's brother's orbital when they fought 3 years ago. Revenge time

Takeuchi has a mean left hook from what the VTR footage showed.

Takeuchi has a mean left hook from what the VTR footage showed. Have you seen his fights vs. Noiri and Yamamoto Masahiro? I won't spoil them if you haven't but will suggest you check them out. 'Madfist' Takeuchi is crazy
