Adamchuk is an ugly fight for anyone. No doubt he's talented and no doubt he's a legit fighter, but he's awful to watch and a bad matchup for just about anyone.
Josh is a young guy, he's a guy that just wants to fight and at this point he needs to be curating his career. There's no shame in losing to Petrosyan and Sitthichai, but they are on an entirely different level than a guy like Djime and Max Baumert. Anatoly Moiseev was a good challenge for him at this point in his career and he just couldn't pull it off, there's no shame in that, but I wouldn't be hunting for huge fights.

Benny starting to develop a good looking 6pack, looks to be in his best shape i've seen him in years looking forward to this event!

I'm so torn on this. I'd like to support Adegbuyi, but at the same time Hesdy has had a bad history with decisions at Glory so I want him to kick ass and redeem himself. In the other bracket there's Wilnis who I really want to shine as well. Arghh this tournament hurts my head. The only fighter who I don't really care about how he performs is Brestovac. I'd like for him to do well of course, but I feel he has looked mediocre in his last few showings.

www.glorykickboxing.com/en/news/view/1138GLORY 35: ADAMCHUK OUT, BAYA IN AGAINST JAUNCEY Interesting to see how Baya does on such short notice. This could be kind of a career upgrader for him if he somehow managed to beat Jauncey. What utterly crap circumstances

We have similar timing. The reason for Adamchuk being out is terrible though, I'm just reading it now. Hope Adamchuk can get through this.
As far as the change in matchup goes, I think this is a more fun matchup and definitely a more winnable fight for Jauncey. Baya is no slouch though.

My condolences to Adamchuk.
Better fight for JJ though.

Yeah Jauncey should definitely be more of a favourite here now. Baya has been a bit of a weird fighter in that he's been semi-headlining these smaller shows to me with seemingly nowhere up to go really, and he now gets this sudden step up.
If he beat Jauncey on Glory, from Mike's Gym...they'd have to call him back.

Good event to cap off a great fight week. Really cleaned out that foul taste from WLF.
I was pulling for Jauncey and Gerges, but good showings from both despite the L. MVP of the night is Zhuravlev for me.

I feel bad for Jauncey as well. Like I said, give the guy some easy fights to bounce back and don't be so eager to throw him to the wolves.
At the same time I'm happy for Baya.
