Happening this Friday.
Turns out Guto Inocente is fighting SuperKombat veteran D'Angelo Marshall.

I'm really excited about these two title fights, particularly the featherweight fight. Someone could catch a fade there.
As an unbiased Kiwi, I reckon Israel is going to win. And in the unlikely event Israel loses, it's because he was robbed.

Love that we get to see Adesanya in a 5 round fight.

Not sure I can see Adesanya getting past Wilnis, but I do think this has the potential to be a really good fight.

I think it's a good fight and could go either way. Really, really loving the extra rounds of Adesanya we could get to see. I feel like he sometimes just starts figuring out his better opponents in the 3rd round and usually the fight then goes and fucking ends!

In all seriousness though, Jason Wilnis is a very tough opponent and I agree that this could go either way.
It's not every day NZ has a kickboxer competing at the highest levels of the sport so Israel's been the talk of the smoko break room for the last two weeks. Very proud of this fulla.
Anybody else picking Matt Embree for an upset?

He's beaten two decent guys in Lim and Chikadze, but RvR is on another level and I haven't seen enough of Embree to comfortably say he'll be able to hold his own against RvR, let alone pull off an upset.

Think Lim has basically been semi retired from fighting for years now. No idea why Glory has brought him in to be honest. If they want/need a Korean fighter every now and then there's better options out there. Embree got a really favourable opponent for the first fight in the tournament. No offense to the guy but IMO he shouldn't be anywhere near a Glory title shot yet and outside of a random injury I think RvR will absolutely win and completely outclass him.

Ha, looks like I'm riding the Matt Embree hype train solo. If you need me, I'll be in the dining wagon.
