Good combinations from Adegbuyi another round for him. The bodyshots are giving effect on Gerges. Btw what is Rico's trainer doing in Benny's corner ? xD

Great fight!
Adegbuyi has done enough to take the decision.

Clear win for Adegbuyi in my opinion.

They still have Saki ranked at LHW? I suppose they have hopes that he will fight again, hopefully.

Both guys gave huge effort to win the fight, 3 high paced rounds. You don't want to have this type of fights in tournament, but anyway - it was really exciting fight to watch.

Insane strike stats for a three round HW bout: Adegbuyi threw 284 shots, Hesdy 250.

Benjamin Adegbuyi defeats Hesdy Gerges by Unanimous Decision (30-27).
It's really unfortunate, Hesdy is now 0-4 in his last four fights, when it should really be 2-2.
I can see Glory letting Hesdy go, even if they are ultimately to blame for the bad decisions.
They could have had them overturned.
Anyway, this is the first result where the Poll favorite lost.

Up Next: Heavyweight Contender Tournament - SemiFinal #2 Jahfarr Wilnis VS Mladen Brestovac
Can Wilnis take revenge for the High Kick KO he suffered to Brestovac in Croatia two years ago?

Jahfarr has 30 wins and only 8 by K.O. Very low % for a heavyweight

Oh wow, lost by another head kick. Sorry for Wilnis. There goes my prediction of Wilnis winning the tournament. As for the final, even though Benny went for 3 rounds, i have a feeling he will get another 3 round win decision to win the tourney.

The longest fall after a high kick and the longest 10 count in the history of the sport. Ever
