BTW while it's true that technically 'Holland' refers to a region of the Netherlands (specifically North- and South-Holland), the term 'Holland' is typically used to refer to the entirety of the Netherlands both by the Dutch and foreigners and would rarely get mistaken as being used just to refer to a region of the country.
Having said that, I do think "The Netherlands" is a better, slightly more classy sounding name or title overall.
