If that's the case it's a fuck up on Glory's side. At the same time it feels like Parry milked the circumstances to get out of the fight.

It sounds shockingly like when they didn't make a regulation scale available for Robin van Roosmalen and then when he didn't make weight said "well everyone else did, this is on you."
I'm not entirely sure it was Robin's fault there and I'm not entirely sure that it's Chi's fault here. Yeah, he could have gone out and fought, but from what I've heard, they told him the fight was off, then magically were like "IT'S BACK ON." That's an emotional rollercoaster.

Hesdy says Chi kept asking for different gloves and by the time he received the third pair he refused to fight. Hesdy goes on to say that if Chi comes back he should fight Hesdy first or retire.
Whatever you feel on the matter - obviously none of us were there - I agree with Hesdy that the first thing that should happen is a reschedule of this bout.

... If that's true I would be fine never seeing him on Glory again. If he was sick or something that's just unlucky, but then there would be no point in messing around with gloves and wasting time. He's not a top kickboxer anyway so just bring in Kryklia or whoever legit and stop messing around with the division.
