Sasaki is the current Krush champ at this weight class. He's a Koshien grad though his highlight there was getting KO'd by Kusakabe.
Very game fighter, much better than his record suggests. No match vs. Wei Rui though. They're hyping Wei a lot, promoting him with Yun Qi saying that "He (Wei) is 10x as good as himself (Yun)"

Also, Sasaki's walkout song sounds like a Final Fantasy BGM fighting the 2nd form of the last boss.

And twice more in the 2nd Wei Rui defeats Sasaki Daizo by TKO R2. I think Shadess is rooting for Wei.

In Glory the SuperKombat stable guys won their fights. I wonder how Spetcu will do.

Fast paced first round, but both fighters are still in the process of finding their range.

Taniyama incidentally is on a Romanian streak. His last two opponents were Romanians and he won both fights.

Kido in Taniyama's corner.

Kido in Taniyama's corner. Kido belongs to the Taniyama Gym, whose head is Taniyama's father.

See I have no clue about a lot of those relations, so all the extra info is appreciated.
BTW I've seen Spetcu fight quite a few times now, and this is probably the best he has looked yet.

Fine fight, but these guys are competing for the right to be owned by Wei Rui.

Really strong 3rd round for Spetcu which should have won him the fight.

I think Shadess is rooting for Wei. Possibly He's a good fighter and would be nice to see him do well in K-1. IMO he the favourite to win the tournament now. Gonnapar had a tougher fight already and Rui should have an easier road to the final.
