That size difference! Great knees by Belgaroui and a brutal cut opened on Wilnis' brow leading to a doctor stoppage. Huge win for Belgaroui. Belgaroui says in the post-fight interview: "This is for the bookies... Never put me as the underdog again". Meanwhile I'm like shhh dude, don't tell them that! It is not really the Bookies who make those odds. It is the people who bet that make those odds. It sounds ironic as hell, but bookies never gamble on odds, they just open and then make the odds the way people bet on the fights so this way they never lose money. I went all in on Yousuri which was 1200$. I thought jason only had a small puncher chance there and he isn't even a big puncher. I gave him 15% chance against belgaroui, which at 3.75 odds for belgaroui is a "steal". Only in glory you see this kind of odds. Pavel zhuravlev was 3.00 underdog against saulo cavalari and guto inocente was 11.00 underdog against benny. I have never seen in mma the odds to be so wrong. You don't have to explain to me how betting odds work, I'm a regular combat sports gambler and have thousands on this Glory 45 card alone, lol. The sportsbooks do set the opening odds at least. Of course the lines then move based on wagering action after that. I too just cleaned up on Belgaroui over Wilnis at +170, +180 and +290. Inocente over Adegbuyi was one of my biggest wins of the year so far. Anyway, nice to see another degen contributing to the thread! |

Beautiful left high kick by Brestovac. Hesdy kicked his opponent's shoulder and Mladen kicked Hesdy's head in return. Brutal KO and a mild upset. I expected that to go longer.

The tournament final was pretty sad- an already depleted Mancha had little chance and got KTFO quickly by Duut.

It would have been fun if they made some odds fast for this fight... even if they gave duut 1.05 I would have put big money on him. Probably 1000$. The other guy didn't stand chance even as a fresh version, let alone tired and battle damaged LOL |

The under 1½ would have been a wiser last minute play on the tournament final even at -200 if it was offered. The main event was competitive and Serhiy was in it, winning round 2 close and clearly winning round 5 for me with that rolling thunder and aggression. But too little too late to beat RvR, especially since he hardly threw many kicks the whole fight. 48-47 or 49-46 for RvR were reasonable scores, although I would not have been shocked to see a close split decision.
