For what it's worth, my prior is that in any scenario, Russia will lose anyway.

And so will Ukraine.

Some people seem to have this pathological need to announce to the entire world that they are impotent. Like this clown.

The uber-strong ultraviolet projection-complex vibe from these stupid words can give me a fucking tan for crying out loud. If there's a sign of the decline of masculinity, it's precisely right-wing dumbshits like this pathetic moron themselves.

Paradoxically - yet quite logically - this unfortunate development in the former USSR region strongly suggests that neither Europe nor the Middle East but East Asia will be the central theater of global geopolitics.

I see so many people going, "Have you heard of money laundering? Duh, that's why the Russians love London!"
Erm, yeah, sort of. You think that's the simple explanation because you don't actually know how that shit works.

You'd think someone who accomplished so much, as tremendously much in a professional sport as this man did should be bullet-proof in terms of legacy and legend, but being one of the shallowest, most vacuous, most boring personalities on this planet can really do the trick.
No one should give a fuck about this void of a man.

Yeah, arming and funding the "insurgency". The all-time neocon/neolib favorite.
One of the worst ideas ever.

Another grifter pretending to be an expert with special intel by simply stealing a story from a local news agency... Oh wait!
It's Michael Weiss, again! LOL
What a fucking piece of shit.

So, when crypto is going up, it's the future of our economy, the symbol of the postmodern Deleuze-ian nomadism, the lynchpin of the next stage of our civilization, and when it's going down, it's just like some low-level commodity that you should sell now, but should buy back later when it goes up.
Got it. So it's just another one in the history of finance. Like tulip. Got it.

Jesus, it's been only a month or so since I said this, and look at me now. I don't think anyone wants me to revisit the Russia/Ukraine thing in this thread, nor do I want to, but if you are an old-timer, you'll soon see the basic structure of things haven't changed at all. Ukraine will end up being on her own, as always.

TikTok is fascinating in many ways as its user base is significantly younger than that of the other platforms, but I've been frankly appalled by the total lack of media literacy among the users. Chinese or not, it has seriously dark, destructive potential as a gigantic dis/misinformation geyser.

I'm sorry. I knew what was going to happen, but it still upsets me. Ukraine is a big country, about as big as Spain in terms of population.
But he West/Nato thinks it's just a buffer zone, a cushion between Russia and Poland/Baltic countries. Not terribly important as long as the Polish border can be defended.
And Putin doesn't even think it's a real country. He thinks it's a fake country of 45 million people.
