This has to be your promotional strategy now. Takei doesn't have anyone to build a rivalry with so just make him compete with Takeru for best knockout on the card.

Takeru "I kept you all waiting for six months after winning at K'Festa, but I think you can tell that I've really come back stronger. I'll continue to be the top in the world. Well its good that kakutougi is getting big
"Now Koji. You fucker, you won so sloppily and you bring up not just my name but the names of others? Well I don't know if you're even getting this fight after that lousy win, but if you do I will end you at home. K-1 IS THE GREATEST"

Also watching this Iranian guy's entrance 3 times in one day has made me realise we need yellow cards for entrances

Just watched the fights.
DISCLAIMER: Koshien fights were included, but the other undercard fights and the tournament reserve were left out so I haven't seen those yet.
Further omissions include: - KID tribute - Entrances/VTR - Taro-Kun
I hope a capture of the full event will pop up soon, though. /DISCLAIMER
My thoughts: - Koshien fights were all fun, brawly fights. - Poor OD-KEN, I didn't see that whopper of a low blow until the replay was shown. - Honestly, I didn't mind OD-KEN/Karimian. It wasn't technically solid and it got progressively clinchy as the fight wore on, but both guys were willing to exchange and were able to tag each other multiple times. - K-Jee/McGrath was actually a fun - if short - fight. McGrath got tagged near the end of the first and never recovered. - I did not expect Sugimoto to just drop Groce like that as it looked like he was getting outclassed. Very well timed shot. Groce actually has a solid skillset and nice movement, but he just doesn't fight with urgency. The knockdown is what won Sugimoto the fight. - Man, El Bakouri made quick work of Uehara. Uehara got tagged hard by Boubaker's quick jab and had no answer when he kept firing it. - Interesting fight between Goshyu and Suarek. Raw power & aggression vs 'Finesse'. While it wasn't enough for Goshyu to win, it did prevent him from getting trashed by Suarek's overwhelming power. Also, Goshyu had a few nice flurries of his own. - Anpo/Hayashi was just a great and fast paced fight. While Anpo may have shown the more visually appealing shots, Hayashi was game and kept pushing forward. Awesome finish by Anpo in the third. - Ozawa looked like he couldn't believe what was happening to him when Ryusei knocked him down twice in the first. Very fun fight. Ryusei may look like a toothpick, but he has enough speed and travel in his limbs to throw shots with impact. - K-Jee did good against a taller, naturally heavier fighter. - While El Bakouri was the better fighter, I don't think Sugimoto looked bad. He has potential, but needs to work on his speed. - Koji/Stauros was a fun fight with a bad decision. While I did think the extra round was more competitive than the 2nd and 3rd, I still think Stauros edged that one as well. Point is, it shouldn't have been a draw after 3. It was a competitive fight, but not anywhere close enough to where it could have gone to anyone. - Great KO by Takei. Too bad the groin shot earlier took a bit of momentum out of the pace. - Takeru. Wow!? What a monster. While you'd say it shouldn't be a surprise anymore at this point he just wowed me again. - Karimian was surprisingly competitive with El Bakouri and scored a knockdown that won him the fight. For being so relatively fresh after 2 short fights, El Bakouri looked pretty spent in the final. Perhaps the nerves of the bigger, foreign stage sapped his strength. He had a good showing though and will hopefully be back. - Seriously, while technically not all up there, I liked the tournament. The eventual winner had a difficult path to victory and all competitors get an A for effort. - My only real critique on this event is KOJI getting the decision over Stauros. I hope they get Stauros back for the November event, preferably in a rematch against KOJI.

I imagine they've got other plans for Koji, like doing a Scrooge McDuck style dive into the pile of money they make on ticket sales and hoping the amount they spit out will cover the rehab for the previously-unknown-to-science-grade concussion Takeru is going to give him.
It really sucks for Stauros though, he's been a great, dependable fighter for them, cancelling other fights to join their short notice tournament and getting Takeru in the first round. They ought to treat him right before he bounces.

Koji didn't catch the Takeru fight since he was in the showers. And he's still asking for the fight vs Takeru at Osaka
Nobody show him the fight. Let him get surprised in December.
Makoto Uehara is now retired.

Oh yeah, Kaito Ozawa looked totally lost in the ring, but he is right, Ryusei Ashizawa does look like a catfish
