Check ending when Le Banner goes to greet the corner of Gregory and pay attention to Abidi his reaction...
Watch also how he wipes off his sweat and then puts in on Jerome his shirt.
Other point of view:
Apparently 13 years after their fight, Abidi has still not overcome the beating he received and can still not accept the defeat.

Abidi always seemed insane to me. Le banner should have done what he did to pettas and one punch ko him. He was trying to provoke jerome multiple times here, even putting his forehead in his face and pushing. That would have been the moment I would have knocked his ass out if I was jerome. I mean this is not a fight when you may do these thing. Just imagine someone on the street doing this stuff to you.

There was actually talk about a rematch between Jerome and Cyril last year: kakutougi.proboards.com/thread/794/kickboxing-news-rumors-thread-2017?page=29Jérôme Le Banner vs. Cyril Abidi Rematch in the making?kakutougi.proboards.com/thread/877/me-banner-cyril-abidi-rematchAfter that there was radio silence, but I recall Dave mentioning the piece he wrote got a lot more attention than when Patrice Quarteron was calling out JLB. As for the videos posted above, I'm not quite sure what to make of them. It could be both guys just screwing around a bit, could be that there's more to it. As a big fan of both Cyril and Jerome I'd definitely watch a rematch between them even if both are well past their primes. Both Cyril's former trainer Didier Le Borgne and his personal friend and long time kakutougi member krs have accounts here.

... could be that there's more to it... That looks pretty obvious. If you wipe off your sweat to the shirt of someone, I think that says enough of how that someone feels about the other guy. As for a rematch, I don't see the point given their age and as their first fight was a one sided affair. Abidi would of course absolutely want one as he's got nothing to lose and can cash in big time like last time around.

Sure he was provoked an tempted, but in the end he just chose the right way and walked away from it. The situation sure looked to be tense though and could have gone the other way around. There was also a young guy in the corner, so this would not be a good place and situation to start a fight and let things escalate. Both Jerome and Abidi are well past 40 now, so they should have some maturity ...

Abidi is one of those guys that was talented, but was a victim of a time when K-1 was HEAVYWEIGHT and that's it.
While a big guy, if he was in his prime today I bet he'd be fighting at light heavyweight. There's a lot of fighters that you can say the same for.
