Karaev Fan made a major tactical error going into exile until the event rather than until the week of the event, I need a hype man!

I just attended a seance and the medium channeled Karaev Fan from the spirit realm, who assured me that Ren Hiramoto's girlfriend has made him stop playing video games long enough for him to do a fashion show with her the day after the Osaka event. There is hope.

Also of note, Suarek is fighting in REBELS today against Keijiro Miyakoshi, and is using his pre fight interviews to tell the press he wants to fight in K-1 again against Takeru. I'm not too high on Suarek but if he wins I think I prefer that fight to him fighting Ashizawa or whatever weird non-title BS they have in the pipeline.

The Good - Takeru vs. Koji. Awesome fight. - Noiri taking out Matuoka while still only in the first gear - Even though I only caught the second half of it: Yamazaki/Rukiya - Shinohara Yuto smoking Gonnapar in 30 seconds - KyoShiro really earning himself a late KO against Indigo Boyd
The Bad - Osawa Fumiya getting the decision over Liu Wei - Kumura / Hayashi being ended by a cut - Asahisa Taio continuously torpedoing Anpo Riku's groin
Additional notes - I missed the first two rounds of Yamazaki/Rukiya and everyone says it was the best so I'm looking forward to seeing that fight in full. - I woke up and started the stream just after the Tournament Reserve ended so I only missed prelim level stuff, but still need to catch up on that for the sake of completion. - Taro-kun deflation gate was hilarious and awesome.
Overall a great event that I may appreciate even more after I catch up on the portions that I missed. While for me it's not on the same level as K'Festa which is my favorite event of the year, it's still a great event for K-1 to end the season on.
Having said that, I must address the fact that once again a foreign fighter got fucked over by the judges. While it does not happen every event, it's something that does repeat itself every other event or so and it will forever remain inexcusable, because it is within a promotion's control to prevent it from happening. I hope this is something they will address sooner rather than later.

It should be illegal for shows this good to be stuck on a geoblocked streaming service. Fuck the judges that robbed Liu but all of the fighters on this show deserve massive praise, it was up there with K'Festa

Sure we have our ways around it, but VPN tunneling isn't without its flaws and we shouldn't have to jump through hoops to be able to watch this to begin with.
