Sucks that Silva hurt his leg again. While his record of 2013 onward doesn't do his performances any justice, it's hard to get around the fact that Silva is very much in the winter of his career.
Would be cool if Silva recovers and ends the last few fights on his contract with victories, but I don't really have a lot of faith in it.
Also sucks that Aldo lost.

Aldo looked lost and definitely was outpointed. landed some good shots but he wasn't working nearly enough. while Silva hurt his leg... lets not dismiss Cannonier chucking those leg kicks and Silva refusing to check them. he ate like 7 of them before his knee died. also Lil Nog has his soul taken too. it was a bad night for old Brazilians. Andrade was getting her ass kicked until she spiked Rose' head thru the mat. pretty devastating slam. Rose beats her 9 of 10 times though. that was the 1 time. The way that went down Rose wouldn't make the same mistake.

ill back off on that a bit. still think Rose is the better fighter but sometimes the better fighter isn't a good fit for their opponent. Jessica can take it and keep taking it until she gets in there and gets what she wants. that isn't an easy opponent to deal with.
