Both of them are 24 years old, fat, huge ko power and very aggressive fighters. Who has more potential and who would win in a direct fight?

Interesting topic.
It's hard to say.
Both started their careers looking out of shape, but had impressive results.
Lazaar is still undefeated, but has fought mostly lower level opposition. His best wins are against Ali Cenik and Daniel Sam.
Ben Sadik has beaten Remy Bonjasky, Errol Zimmerman and Rico Verhoeven. He lost a lot of fights lately, but mostly against top level opposition.
Lazaar needs to lose a good amount of weight to improve that gastank, but other than that he looks promising.
Funnily, now that Saddik is in better physical shape he gets worse results than when he was fat.
Despite Ben Sadik being in somewhat of a slump I'd still take him against current Lazaar due to the experience and wins against a higher level fighters.
If Lazaar gets in better shape and manages to prove himself against stronger opposition I would have Ben Saddik at more of a disadvantage.

Ben Saddik lacks even more when it comes to stamina. More than that, he doesn't have any heart and his chin is kind of weak. However he is huge, very tall. He also knows how to use his reach advantage sometimes. Against Remy bonjasky and Ben edwards he used his reach advantage perfectly but he looked to tired in the last minute of his fight with Ben edwards. He easily won the first two rounds.
Lazaar really need to lose a lot of weight. And the guy is incredible short for HW. He is listed 1.82m, but I saw his fight against Ali cenik and he looked at least 5 CM shorter than Ali cenik(1.82m). So being only 177 cm tall(at best) will have big problems against big guys who knows how to use their reach. However he has very good chin and heart and is incredible athletic for how fat he is.

I agree about Ben Sadik showing little heart in his fights. When he gets hurt he reminds me of Overeem a bit.

im sure k1 remembers me talking about lazaar when I first saw him, calling him a fat scrub. I was completely wrong other than the fat part.
