What matchups and fighters would you like to see in the pyramid?  I mean, like it was back in time when the cream of HW divison was fighting in final 8.

I'd like to see a Final 16 first with matchups that I feel could turn out to be fun and ultimately turn into a strong tournament:

Verhoeven VS Ben Sadik - A much needed rematch
Saki VS Morosanu - A -probably- short, but wild fight.
Ghita VS Kharitonov - Rematch with a much improved Kharitonov.
Spong VS Lascenko/Catinas - Technical genius vs brawler/dangerous puncher
Zimmerman VS Lazaar - The ultimate brawl.
Gerges VS CroCop - A technical fight between two kickers.
Adegbuyi VS Silva/Edwards - Either way a fun matchup between power punchers that CAN fight technical.
Londt VS Hari - They should have met two times already, but it never happened.

You could perhaps exchange some names and combine matchups endlessly, but I feel the above would turn into a fun Final 16 and we'd end up with a good looking Final 8.

I think samedov should be there. And would be interesting to see a rematch between Zimmerman and Samedov. I thought Samedov won that fight.

Londt is good, but he is kind of slow and isn't good at straight punches. I think he will have problems against someone like Hari who is taller than him and knows how to use his reach and also has speed advantage.

Rico might have some problems with ben sadik size, but this time around he will probably won a decision. He is a smarter fighter right now.

Gerges VS CroCop will be very interesting. It will go to a decision. I don't know who will win.

I forgot Samedov! He should be on that list as well.

I was at the K-1 GP in Amsterdam in 2008 with friends and we all thought Samedov won that fight against Zimmerman.
