So this event consists of predominantly kickfights and is split into three 'sub-events', basically so that ONE can get multiple broadcasts out of one event.
To me the big one here is Petrosyan/Kiria, but they made it a co-main event.
Of course there's also Ennahachi/Superlek, Eersel/Murtazaev and Rodtang/Rivas.

They kinda do title fights as the main events and Petrosyan/Kiria doesn't seem to be a title fight. Wonder why they won't put a 70kg title out there?
I love Kiria, but don't think he exactly has a high change of beating Petrosyan, specially in a 3 round fight. Not that he'd necessarily even get to rounds 4/5 against Petrosyan, but he often does better the longer the fight goes.

Realistically, Kiria doesn't stand much of a chance here and it's likely that Petro ends up taking a (very) comfortable decision.
But in terms of name value it's not even close, they're both former champions of the biggest promotions.

If Ennahachi defends the title, then it's another irrelevant event. It would mean once again Chatri doesn't find better bantamweights. In Japan it's full of them. Petrosyan v Kiria is just a poor matchup. Islam Murtazaev? Are you kidding me? I have watched some Russian promotions and they barely own 1 fighter. Now poor Venum took over. Really funny, Murtazaev has been losing per line in kickboxing and also has been losing in Muay Thai quite a lot. What is the purpose of these title fights? Fooling fans without knowledge? This is the goal, fooling the noobs?
A matchmaking disaster. It would be better to invest the money in real athletes. I mean at least build some talent.

The ONE matchmaking: - A few top kickboxers - Some names without any future - B talent, a lot, like they don't even know kickboxing, and some even C - rarely some real talent - plus in the pandemic even some bums
Such an extended promotion, with such a small amount of kickboxing fights and even Muay Thai, and the matchups are not even competitive.
2020 was a disaster, 2021 looks the same!
It's only Chatri's fault anyway, if he's a foul, the others are milking money.

I really don't get the hate for Petro/Kiria. Sure, the outcome is predictable. But last week we had a tournament with Rico where everybody knew the outcome as well and people got excited for that too, despite getting 0 surprises. Petro/Kiria is still a big name matchup that also could have happened in Glory or K-1. In fact it did happen in Glory before. I'm cool with it.
Aside from that? I agree that we're not getting the best matchups, but I'm not expecting much from ONE to begin with. The whole promotion is essentially a big scam.
It's why I don't like when kickboxers sign with them exclusively. I get that it's a financial decision; it's hard to get a good paycheck for fighters - especially during the pandemic - but for their careers and us fans I'm not sure it's worth it. Also a lot of people will end up being owed a lot of money when the ship sinks. Just look at how Glory screwed people over last year. And Glory is actually trying to be successful.
All that said, sometimes there are good matchups that deliver and in those cases I consider it a nice bonus.

Looks like karaevfan deleted his Twitter account, but I did read his post and I'm not sure if he was just trolling or actually frustrated.

Ennahachi won that fight. The Dutch will regret the Romanians and the Europeans when they come across the Thais. Imagine the CEO is exactly like these fans. They complain when they lose! Not sure how big was Superlek in Thai boxing, but he fought a very bad fight.

Haven't seen the fight so I can't really weigh in, but there is quite a bit of controversy surrounding Ennahachi taking the decision.
