Happening this Saturday.
Looks like a fun card.
Interesting that they're doing a cruiserweight tournament.
I really don't like 4 man tournaments and this won't be 'high level' by any stretch, but it'll probably be entertaining.

K-1 and Krush have the blessing of having technically and physically so so guys on their cruiserweight-heavyweight roaster, but almost totally defensively unaware.
We may have fun KOs there

Very true.
Most of their guys at that weight are pretty decent offensively, but have poor defense. Surely they must realize that it's possible to block/evade strikes, but for whatever reason they choose not to.
While I probably wouldn't pick any of them over a top 5 cruiserweight, I usually really enjoy their fights. They may be sloppy at times, but they genuinely try to take each other's heads off.
Looking at the tournament field, Rui and Sugimoto are the two guys that tend to frustrate me to no end. They clearly have some potential, but it rarely comes out. Maybe it's a confidence thing.

Correction: The 4 lightweight bouts are actually part of a tournament.
I missed it initially, but the event has two championship tournaments. Cool.

Short, but sweet event. Some decent action with great knockdowns/KO's.
Obviously Sugimoto and Rui continue to frustrate me lol.
That said, Weerasakreck and Tanigawa just were much better.
Their tournament final was exciting as well. Sattari was looking to make quick work of Tanigawa, when Tanigawa came back strong with the lowkicks.
Unfortunately he got overconfident and ran into a huge counter that knocked him down hard enough for the ref to call it off.
Sattari Weerasakreck is now the Krush Cruiserweight Champion.
He thanked for the opportunity and said he wants to fight for the K-1 belt as well, indirectly calling out Karimian.
I think that would make for an all Iranian title fight. Interesting.

Also interesting to note is that the live stream for this on Abema reached around 140k viewers.
They would do so much better without geo-blocking their events, though.
