If I checked correctly, prelims kick off in a little under 11 hours.
Edit: BTW I have no clue if this even streams anywhere.

Looks like it's airing live on Combate (or Combate 2?). Either a VPN or alternative URL is needed, but it starts in the middle of the night for Europeans.

So the prelims were airing for free on YouTube when I decided I was tuning into this. Took me a while to find a stream, because this wasn't airing on the main Combate channel, but the much more obscure Combate 2 which happened to be listed under a different name on streaming sites, so I ended up missing a bunch of stuff . That said, the fights I saw were so-so. A lot of the guys in the tournaments were just out of shape and/or past their prime. I'm not sure if there are any up-and-coming heavyweights in Brazil, but man did the level drop after Filho, Feitosa and to some extent Teixeira. Even in their primes, this current generation has been serviceable at best. I guess most of the talent ends up in MMA nowadays, which has been pretty much a global issue. That said, the most consistent looking fighter ended up winning the tournament and so we're getting Machado in the finals again this year. Also, Petros Cabelinho vs. André Martins was a nice little surprise. Cabelinho fought Figgy Landman in Glory where he didn't look great, but last night he fought at a lower weight and looked a lot more comfortable. He ended up picking apart Martins nicely. The presentation and production of the event were pretty solid as well. Didn't look cheap at all. It sounded like there was a good crowd, but most sections of the venue were kept dark so it probably wasn't anywhere near filled out. Could have done without the overly enthousiastic English commentator though. "WHOOOOOAAAA" everytime someone even so much as stumbled out of balance lol. Overall, I think these local qualifiers do have promise, but it's gonna take a bunch of time and effort to raise their levels to where they could and ultimately should be.

One of the worst things UFC gave us.. over the top commentary. I don't want boring, but I also hate Joe Rogan and his many wannabe spawn creatures.
Good for Ariel. I had him winning this before the event. However, I will admit I thought he was truly washed up after seeing him being dominated and destroyed in Russia. He has some pretty good wins on the regional level since then. I know he wanted the Ce rematch, so I wouldn't be too shocked if he picks him first round of the World GP.

I will admit I thought he was truly washed up after seeing him being dominated and destroyed in Russia. K-1 needs to make a russian qualifier, Machado has lost like 3 or 4 times recently on Fair Fight against russians. Best thing is Glory is not going to steal those fighters from them.

Cabelinho fought Figgy Landman in Glory where he didn't look great, He fought like on 24 hours notice that time. He also got KTFO against Sergio Sánchez last K-1 event but he was dominating before getting hit. I did a small review with some highlights for this event and the WGP event just one week before also in Brasilia.

That's right, I completely forgot about the K-1 MAX reserve fight.
Nice write-up!

Dude, I have said a number of times on this forum that K-1 is missing a trick with not going to Russia. I believe the exchange rate is really good for Russians too.
