This starts in like 5 minutes and a stream can be bought at EpiCentre, not sure if there's an alternative way to watch this live, thought at least Buakaw's fight should be live on Thai TV somewhere.
The poster has a EuroSport logo on it, but I don't see any broadcast listings for this on their program guide, probably will be on tape delay.

My quick overview, having just watched the show:
Marat looked massive for 70kgs, he scored a knockdown in the fight's dying embers to seal the win. Roqueni performed well but couldn't cope with Grigorian's size and strength.
Niclas Larsen didn't have much to beat in Konsky, the Slovak just couldn't get untracked and was soon out of there.
McAllister was impressive whilst the fight lasted as Crice gives everyone a hard night's work usually, scoring two knockdowns (including the finish) but taking a couple in return during a wild exchange near the bouts conclusion.
Thongchai's opponent wasn't Coulibaly but Samy Sana. The Frenchman appeared to have some weight advantage, he hurt TS early on but lost control of the bout thereafter as it slowly dissolved into an untidy maul.
Pakorn was among the sharpest knives in the drawer, making mincemeat of "The Butcher", Vienot.
Buakaw made it look easy against Moxon, who looked to be far from top shape, scoring several knockdowns, one was a cheeky elbow which drew a delayed knockdown from a stunned looking Moxon. After one particular knockdown in the second round, Moxon looked to his corner and told them "I'm done" but nonetheless went back into the fray and took his lumps with the ref stopping it in the final round after Moxon went down again.
After the final bout (Thongchai-Sana, oddly enough) the evening's MC informed us that the next Top King World Series event will take place in Hong Kong on December 20th.
The line up of Quarter Finalists is:
Buakaw Banchamek Khayal Dhanziev (who was very impressive at Top King's first event and is only 9-2) Andrei Kulebin Dmytro Konstantinov Marat Grigorian Niclas Larsen Marcin Parcheta Reece McAllister
Looking at that list I'd be pleasantly surprised if Buakaw's opponent in the quarter finals isn't Konstantinov or Parcheta.
