BTW to answer your question: I love classical music, but also modern music in the 'style' of classical music.
I'm particularly fond of anything with on the piano, i.e.

Probably the greatest karaoke song of all Yakuza games:
And just for fun, a great but hilarious cover version by a fan:
You can thank me later.

Aaahhh DragonBall tunes in MIDI format!
Not only am I vividly familiar with that tune, I even had that very M.U.G.E.N. game on my hard drive YEARS ago.
I used to love those and even created some of my own!

LoL I even have a funny story with that very game as I've asked a friend to burn it for me on a CD and that little shit burned it along with a virus so I got my hard drive formatted. Good times.

I'll raise you one and this one still somewhat hurts even 15 years later lol.
It must've been 2002/2003, putting me at around 16~17 as I was working on my very own DragonBall RPG using one of the first versions of Rpgmaker (RM2K, maybe?).
After about 3 months of hard work (think more than half my free time as a student back then) I finally reached the point where I had the Saiya-jin Saga done. I would probably laugh about its quality today, but back at the time I was pretty proud of it.
We didn't really have external hard drives or USB sticks back then, but I did have a burner so I figured I'd do a back-up on a cd-rw I had laying around. The very day I had planned to burn my back-up, my hard drive caught a virus from a bunch of stuff I downloaded through KaZaa/LimeWire/eMule (among which M.U.G.E.N. games!). I did have Norton Anti-Virus installed, but it didn't pick up on it and it rendered all of my data useless, forcing me to format + fresh install Windows. Yay 3 months of work!
After that I've dabbled in a lot of RPG making over the years, but never really got anything off the ground which is a shame.

Well, I would have to agree yours was worse.
To stay on topic. Three other game themes I remember to enjoy.
