So I also do like listening to covers of songs from anime/games/etc. that people that have more talent than I share on the net. Remember an old friend of mine also used to sing some covers. And who knows, maybe some of them will make it to pro as there are already examples of it out there.

There was a time I was listening to this band. Imo, the songs they sang in their native Estonian were the better ones.

Some of your posts made me think of some Asian inspired cinematic soundtracks (some of which I probably posted before):
And last, but not least, a great piece of music of one of my favorite movies/scenes, period:
It has a long build-up, but around the halfway mark it really starts paying off.
Not gonna spoil the scene itself in here, though I post it on the forum all the time lol

Speaking of cinematic soundtracks, there are many great ones. Will share some of my favourites later.
One last song for today. I knew it almost from the premiere but literally saw the official MV today and since there's something about girls playing guitar and female tennis players (well, at least for me) I thought I would share. Well, the song itself is also nice.

So as I said, I do enjoy some good movie OSTs.
This one is a classic probably everyone knows
Gladiator was a good movie but the soundtrack made it even better. Always get goosebumps when I hear this great piece
I am a huge Tolkien fan and while the movies weren't exactly 100% true to the original work I do still enjoy them even after already watching them 10+ times and one of the reasons is great music
Joe Hisaishi makes music for both Takeshi Kitano and Studio Ghibli movies and since I love both of them I could enjoy some great music.
Infernal Affairs trilogy has some good pieces in it's soundtrack (Fiona Fungs "Goodbye Master..." is also from this OST btw)
Great movie great piece
Was a fine movie and I still remember this song
Great movie with a great soundtrack. Have this ending theme on my phone and once was spamming it so much that some people got annoyed. Touching piece.
Also remember I enjoyed the soundtrack from animated TransFormers Movie back in the day but maybe I was just a big TF fan.

Btw, I'm almost at the point of feeling bad about single-handedly spamming this topic so the rest of you guys could also share some music you're listening to. I'm always up for discovering some new great pieces, especially now. Well, it's not like I'll stop spamming here even if nobody else joins but still...

Movie OSTs I enjoyed, part 2.
The Name of the Rose
The Believer
This one is self-explanatory
Jackie Chan classic, Police Story
Another classic I like very much
I'm acutally ashamed I haven't mentioned this in the first place, still have goosebumps about the ending

Do Europeans really like EDM? I'll be honest, I didn't know it's abbreviated EDM but I see wikipedia notes it's commonly called "dance music" in this part of the world, so yeah, I do know that name. Would even say we use club music more often but, oh well. Guess you could say it's popular.
So for the last part of my favourite movie OSTs. This will be the last cause I could probably continue on and on and not be able to mention everything and I don't think this topic was necessarily intended for single persons amusement. It will also be mostly Hollywood movies everyone already knows well.
Pirates of the Caribbean
I'm not a big fan of Star Wars but I did enjoy the music
The Saw
Wolverine
TransFormers
Godfather

I do feel like I shouldn't be spamming this topic so much and should take a little break so will do just that.

I would have posted that Godfather score one of these days.
One of the most iconic pieces of music for the greatest movie of all time.

Well, I have to agree with that Godfather sentiment. In fact while most other kids wanted to be policeman or firefighters or such I wanted to be like Vito Corleone, so yeah, definitely great movie.

Godfather part I and II are the two best movies ever made. I'm not entirely sure which one I like better so I guess they share my number 1 spot.
BTW that does not mean I dislike part III, far from it actually. It just inevitably gets compared to the first two and that's an unfavorable position for almost any movie to be in.
I could go on, but I guess that conversation is more suited for the movie & tv show thread.

Had a stupid idea but maybe I will try my hand at writing lyrics. Worst case scenario I will make an idiot out of myself, best case I will gain internet fame :trolololo:
Really started to dig this. Where was Gigi D'Agostino the last couple of years?
