Unreal. I decided just last week to hold a GLORY show in Dubai for my own GLORY 'universe' that I simulate (within which "my" Dubai event is GLORY.25) on my XP laptop, and this pops up. My one goes down in April as well!
On proper matters, I'm liking how they finally have Varga-Amrani nailed down.

*Updated Fightcard*
It looks more and more like SFS is being treated as an event on its own, getting a Title fight as a header and whatnot. This is comparable to how It's Showtime used to split up their big events into two smaller events. Does the CBS deal involve live broadcasts or is the SFS still on taped delay?
The card looks good btw. We'll probably get 2-3 more fights on the SFS with perhaps some more local talent or rather fighters with an Arab background.

Interesting, i suppose this fell off www.gloryworldseries.com/en/news?page=2"Vakhitov’s next fight will be at GLORY 20: DUBAI on Friday, 3 April at the World Trade Center Dubai, where he is expected to face the Romanian champion Andrei Stoica." I wonder why.

Oh yeah, I completely forgot about that one.
Perhaps it's because Stoica already has a fight lined up at SuperKombat in a few weeks.

IMO it could be because Irimia asked him for the first SuperKombat event of the year, or because Glory is going to Bucharest later.

SFS is still tape delay.
I assume Stoica won't be there because he's probably fighting on that SK card. Honestly, the Stoicas owe Irimia a lot, it's nice to see them sticking by SK like that.

Dave, they already announced Vakhitov v. Cavalari. They replaced Stoica with the Brazilian. Stoica is on the SK card, it's on the official site too.

According to Wikipedia Cavalari v Vakhitov is a LHW Title Eliminator. Am I missing something here? Didn't Cavalari already win the 4 man Tourney at Glory 18 thereby already earning him a shot at the title? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glory_20:_Dubai#Fight_Card

The way I understood it - but that might be Glory trying to save face for a questional decision - is that Cavalari wanted to stay busy until the actual title fight. Of course if Vakhitov ends up winning - which is actually quite possible - it may very well invalidate Cavalari's qualification to challenge the champ.
