Some comments on the event:
Production looked very decent; fighter entrance stage and walk with a big screen and pyrotechnics, decent lighting.
Joop Ubeda and Mufadel were reffing, but luckily they didn't screw anything up.
A1 used the dancing girls (which I couldn't care less about) from It's Showtime for the main portion of the card and also used the It's Showtime 'victory theme' which SuperKombat also did earlier and which is a blatant rip-off from the original K-1 themes to begin with. These details, among some other hints give the impression A1 is looking to expand their territory.
There were some unprofessional and sloppy mistakes here and there, mainly by the female ring announcer like the wrong winner being announced in one case, wrong fighter countries, stuff like that.
Some big names in attendance/cornering other fighters were Melvin Manhoef, Andy Souwer, Danyo Ilunga and Ismael Londt. Londt even came to the ring at one point to announce that "Badr chose to fight somewhere else over fighting me for 'some' reason".
The Winners of the Final 16 did draw for the tournament (which will happen in September) right after the fights and it was cool to see that it was almost a carbon copy of the classic K-1 system, though not every fighter seemed to understand how it works, lol
The venue has a capacity of around 3.000 seats. It was configured to hold about 2.000 and about 1.000 people showed up, which is a decent number considering the main event was blown off. Süleyman Günyar told me earlier that they'd used the full capacity of the venue had the cancellation of Badr VS Londt not happened and it seems reasonable that they could've sold out if that were the case.
Including the undercard we had 20 or 21 fights (including 1 female fight on the undercard) and there were perhaps 5-6 bad fights on the card. The rest was decent to good. Fight of the night was definitely Cenk Cankurtaranoglu VS Cedric Manhoef. Not many people in attendance seemed to give Cenk much of a chance against - the now pretty well known - Cedric Manhoef, but man did he surprise. This was an action packed bout from beginning to the end, but after three rounds I was positive that Cenk had done enough to get the decision as I thought he picked up the first two rounds, before beginning to slip in round 3. I feel the extra round was called because of Manhoef's name and the fact that he was turning around the fight. Perhaps even because it was a very entertaining fight to watch. Whatever the case Cenk went back to dominate Manhoef in the Extension Round and everybody lost it when Manhoef was announced the winner, only for the Announcer Girl to realize she made a mistake and announce Cenk as the winner after all.
All in all it was a decent event and I had a good time with the crew I went with. Additionally, this triggered my urge to visit a big(ger) show again.

No, Londt didn't fight. They tried to get Jamal Ben Sadik, Glory said no. They tried to get Danyo Ilunga, Glory said no. They tried to get Paul Slowinski, Londt said no. They tried to get some other guys, Londt said no. He thought of them as 'too less' for him. Then 2 days before the event Londt decided he wanted to fight Slowinski after all, yeah that was a bit too late to get him.

He doesn't have an exclusive contract with them, no, but they have a clause where any fight outside of the organization has to be run by management in GLORY -- usually Cor -- to approve it.
This dates back to Kevin Ross, who had signed with GLORY, but fought for Lion Fight on a date too close to the GLORY card and canceled on GLORY, causing them to drop him.
