Tape delay.
Seriously, nobody in the US does tape delay anymore. ESPN will be airing the next Klitschko fight live in the afternoon and replay it in the evening. HBO and Showtime do this all of the time as well for European fights.
Spike TV still thinks that tape delay is a thing to do.
You might say that the last two GLORY events were tape delay and didn't hurt them, but they did. GLORY 13 did the best yet, so they thought that tape delay wasn't a big deal. The thing was, they had two strong, live shows behind them to build up steam.
GLORY took THREE MONTHS OFF and they were completely off of Spike TV for that entire time. For a new brand that was the worst fucking idea ever. Then they come back with two tape delay events in a row? Pffft. Spoilers happen and happen easily.
In the case of this one it was that Tyrone Spong got a huge, huge injury in the last fight of the tournament. Every MMA site known to man ran it as a lead story all day. Pierre thought that would be good press, but honestly, why watch an event when you know the outcome to the tournament, the main attraction?
To top it off it was moved up an hour to 8pm from 9pm, which is also a bad thing to do. Plus Manny Pacquiao was fighting on Saturday on PPV.
Alllll of these things hurt GLORY 15.
The next few events are live from the US so hopefully we see things turn around. Also take into account that Bellator saw a drop on Friday and UFC got shit ratings last night. Maybe people here in the US are just taking in the spring weather?

The Spike TV version still hasn't appeared in the usual places, just the BT Sport, Dutch and Russian versions. All the US cappers seemed to concentrate on Saturday's other fighting events.

I think a problem for ratings for this show in the US was that it was competing with a pretty big boxing PPV ( Pacquiao v Bradley 2). Im not sure if there was any MMA fight on that night?

No MMA fights on Saturday, no.
The Manny fight is estimated at 700,000 buys, so I dunno.
