Nice! Especially nice to see that the two authors are the same who wrote a book about K-1 years ago, but couldn't get an interview with Aerts because management stated they were already writing a book about him. Guess the project never lifter off and they got lucky!
It was a pretty good book too, so I have good expectations.

Any word on a English release? Depending on how it sells they plan on having it translated. I'm helping them right now trying to find a distributor for the US and Canada, actually.

I am pleased to read this as well.
I hope things work out.
I'll probably pick up the Dutch version soon.

"2 Champions have emerged, 6 more to go"Meaning we'll probably get at least 6 more qualifying events (each one with Badr beating up a bum for millions) and perhaps one Final 8 tournament of 'champions'.

I wonder if they start pulling guys off the street to fight Badr at this point.

If they do, I hope for their sake they do it two at a time in case Badr balks at their original choice with less than 24 hours to go.

Another 6 more to go? This means we will probably have a final tournament in 2016 or so It fit perfect with hari schedule. He probably will be out of prison when the final tournament will take place.

Aerts, Hoost, Bonjasky & Verhoeven at a Dutch latenight show to talk about kickboxing, each other and especially Peter Aerts on the ocassion of the release of his book vara.nl/media/327013Skip to 35:30, the bit is about 15 minutes long and pretty good. Unfortunately it is mainly interesting for the Dutch speakers.

Damn, those dutch speakers and their coded language. It makes it so much harder for us unintelligent one language speaking cavemen to listen to.

The Aerts book has sold out of the initial pressing and will get a second run in Dutch, which is good. Chances of it ending up in English are a lot better now.
