Round 5:
Karapetyan the aggressor early on with hard 1-2 punch combinations that are often followed up by straight knees to the body. De Bonte a lot on the backpedal now. Flying knee from Karapetyan knocks De bonte off balance. De Bonte looks tired. Karapetyan is taking over more clearly now.

Round ends and De Bonte raises his hands, but I'm not sure hes convinced after those last two rounds.

Strike stats say that Karapetyan threw more, but De Bonte landed a bit more.

Marc De Bonte takes the Split Decision. It was really close though.

De Bonte is now the Glory Welterweight Champion. I'm sure Holzken will be his first challenger for the title.
