So aparently Khayal fainted when going back to the locker rooms after his win. Can't exactly fight after that so Mcallister takes it.

I believe that's the first M-T loss for BB in 13 years and his first ever to a foreigner/farang.
All kinds of chatter beforehand about how the bracket would turn out with BB apparently down to fight Mcallister first, then it was Konstantinov and apparently BB is nursing a leg injury of some kind which had allegedly inhibited his ability to train for this show. Don't know how true any of the above is, however.
