Also, Stefan Struve's fight was cancelled last minute because allegedly he blacked out backstage with an elevated heartbeat. That doesn't make me optimistic about the thought of him fighting in the future.

Kind of a lose-lose situation for the Reem.
If he wins it won't be "quick/impressive enough" or "against a lower tier guy", if he loses he'll probably get cut.

reem has been in a lose-lose situation most of his career. lol. i think this is about right for him. he got ktfo by Silva and Browne before very uninspiringly beating Frank Fucking Mir by decision.

and to be honest i dont remember the Mir fight. but with his chin Overeem shouldnt ever be beating him by decision. should be a ko for the guy.

I bet Nick Diaz is wishing his UFC contract ran out soon. He and Scott Coker made great music together.

They, along with Manhoef and Daley (Coker snagging them both on the same day, F'N awesome or what?), are perfect fits in the new Strikeforce...er.....I mean Bellator.
