I wonder if our man in the field, Walshie, has heard anything about this?

Yeah, so, this is not true at all.
This, no surprise, is coming from one of the few Dutch employees left within GLORY who had a slight delay on a pay check. It doesn't surprise me at all as they buy ads on LK and were a little bit late in their payment, but still paid me (which is more than I can say for some others).
Basically, someone at MixFight went with one, kind of lower-level source on something that isn't entirely true.
GLORY's future is *not* uncertain, GLORY 17 is not the last show, the "success" of the show won't be how the company decides to fold up or continue.
With this kind of shit just try to remember that a guy like Andurand got famous for investing in oil futures. That means that he had the ability to do thorough analysis and projections on the oil industry to invest his money and make huge returns on it. For Andurand and the other investors to go into this without doing their due diligence would be silly and unlike them. They know that these shows aren't going to turn a profit for a few years, why would they say that they've planned for five years and then give up in the middle of year two?
