Apart from the fact that the card is so-so, SuperKombat could not have a worse timed event than this;
This event starts at the exact same time Germany VS Ghana starts in the FIFA World Cup.
Hardly anybody was going to watch this to begin with, how can they be so ignorant to think anyone will now?
Nobody on Earth will watch this live.
Picking the same date as Glory for events can be cool as long as the events don't overlap; catching an SK event is a nice appetizer for a Glory card. This time it's beyond stupid though. GLORY 17 doesn't interfere with the World Cup; The first event of Glory 17 should kick off right after Nigeria VS Bosnia, which is the last game of the day. Pretty good timing for Glory. SK on the other hand...
On to the card. The main event is Ali Cenik VS Andrei Stoica, which would be fair matchmaking if Cenik wouldn't have lost 5 out of his last 7 fights. I still think Stoica might be in trouble against Cenik who is though, but who knows in what shape he'll actually show up.
