Mladen Brestovac defeats Jahfarr Wilnis by R1 (T)KO (Highkick).
Oh man, that looked awkward how Wilnis went down.
I feel really bad for Wilnis. He lost pretty much exactly the same way he lost the first time.

The winner of the Contender Tournament will be a guy beaten 2 times by the champion, dominated the first time, knocked out the second. And another guy already dominated by the champ. Badr has to knock Rico out, cold. The devision is going nowhere right now, stuck in one place. The same old fights, the same old guys and the same old results.

I hope Rico destroys Badr. Otherwise the whole division looks like a joke.
These HW contenders are all good, but I still feel they are so far below Rico.

Zhuravlev is the heavy favorite for this one.
I feel it will be either Zhuravlev by early KO or Hameur-Lain by Decision.

For me the only way for this division to move forward is something drastic to happen. Something .. new Cuz right now is like - oh, yea, Rico is fighting again. Automatic win for him. It's like the case with Wladimir Klitschko in boxing. The division was on hold, until Tyson Fury beaten him up, now we have vacant titles and lots of new, good heavyweight boxers to fight for them and that's how the boxing division is alive again!

Bit of a premature stoppage there.
JLB looks like he doesn't like it either.

Wicked performance from Zhuravlev, with fireworks and bad intentions

Ok, this is the Pavel i know. Why didn't he fight like this with Machado? He would've ko'ed him easily in my opinion. I bet Pavel will soon be LHW champion in Glory if he continues with this attitude.

Lain was shaken bad from the overhand right. From there on, it was survival mode and static defense, no reaction at all. I understand the stoppage.
