I actually mentioned in an earlier post that Hameur-Lain, among others, should get a spot over Stoica.
Hameur-Lain is a much more deserving fighter as he actually won the last LHW Contender Tournament. He knocked out Machado, who had previously beaten Zhuravlev on the same night. Glory then went and fucked him over by putting him in a fight before he got his title shot and he ended up losing to Zhuravlev. Giving him the last remaining spot in the tournament is at least a step in the right direction.
Looking at their last five fights, Stoica went 2-3 while Hameur-Lain went 3-2 against higher level competition.

If you say so
And not long time ago
I think Stoica did not want to take the fight on short notice. He may not have been the first option in the tournament BUT SAKI.

Fanboys to the rescue (again)!
You seem unable to understand the basic concepts of "current rankings" and "recent performances".
Nowhere did I turn this into a "How would Hameur-Lain do against Stoica" discussion. Based on their most recent performances Hameur-Lain got better results than Stoica and he did so against stronger competition. That's tangible/measurable fact.
You can post excuses and videos from 2015 and older all you want, all that does is show your biased saltiness. BTW how does Bogdan Stoica fit into this discussion, outside of your strawman argument? And the loss to Andrei is from 2013. What does that have to do with anything?

Excuse me, why do you offend me? I just believe Andrei Stoica is much higher quality than Hameur-Lain. I said Hameur-Lain even lost to his brother. And Hameur-Lain should not be in this tournament because he already won the contender. What rankings? Thompson and Machado are bums, Sikking was smashed by Stoica in round 1. Hameur-Lain won a decision against him. So Hameur-Lain is pretty much 0-1 in the promotion like Andrei. But he should face the champion Vakhitov, because it is his right.

Also Stoica won against Hron, but he was robbed. The fight is on YouTube. I would bet on Hron against Machado. And Ilunga will demolish the Brazilian.

How am I offending you? If any offences are being made, they are being made in your posts against other nations, fighters and logic for third graders.
Didn't you say you're in the fight business, working for the Respect WS promotion? All I'm hearing from you are insults toward other fighters. Aren't you supposed to be at least somewhat professional when speaking in public, even if it's on a forum? Why are Thompson and Machado bums? They actually have what no Stoica has: wins in Glory. Machado even defeated Zhuravlev, I'd like to see one of the Stoica's pull that off. And why are KO wins somehow more valuable than decision wins? Isn't it the victory that counts? Your most laughable argument is that by your 'logic' "Hameur-Lain is pretty much 0-1 in the promotion like Andrei". Hahaha you actually said that! How does all this backward logic not make you a blinded fanboy?

Shitty regional Grand Prix in Serbia. Even worse than the Bellator event in Hungary. These two countries have no tradition, especially Serbia. Who are these losers from the former Yugoslavia on the posters? Tell me again how I am racist and you are civilised, respectful and not a fanatic. We actually have multiple Romanian members who are great additions to the forum. Unfortunately, it's fanboys like you who give them a bad name. You know what? You've been warned before, consider yourself banned. Good luck changing your ip address and trying to sign up to spout your nonsense for the 100th time.

Let's say you'd prefer Stoica due to his fighting style and feel it would make the most fun matchup, I can totally respect that. It's a matter of preference and that's fine. People using fanboy arguments and (for some reason) pulling the racist card when they don't get their way is what's sad. In this case I guess it's also funny though. Youre such a racist admin K1power! Yeah, I... I need to work on myself.

Saying that Stoica won against Hron is just proof that you are completely irrational. Stoica won the first round, but was totally dominated in the second and third round. If something stoica got his ass whooped in that fight.
