Prediction: One does 1-3 shows with anyone you've ever heard of, then they're sending out bombastic press releases about how One Kickboxing: Champion of Kings in a mall in Manila, headlined by some bums, will be broadcast in 18 billion homes

In an alternative universe there is a tanned Dave Walsh doing kb shit for One right this very moment.

Its been a pretty tame show on their side unfortunately. Krush is winning so far, though I expect Tenshin to flip it.

I was thinking of looking forward to caring more about nonsense PR from One in the kb realm...but in the future. Completely missed the chance of it perhaps having already started! Damn if One already managed to fool me.

I wasn't aware Krush was scheduled for the same day, but got it confirmed by going to the K-1 website just now. Just saw something weird during the highlights of what happened thus far: I wasn't really paying attention so I missed most of it, but did a dude fight a woman/transgender?

It's funny.
~10-15 years ago kickboxing orgs dipped their feet in MMA waters, now we see the opposite trend.

Yeah Ishii Issei defeated Nong Rose Krush is on at Abema. Next I think is Ozawa Kaito vs Satomi, then Gonnapar vs Ishida then Tsukakoshi vs Makihira Not that I'm taking sides of course

Good to see Tenshin in a fight that isn't a walkover for him.

Tenshin vs Suakim was just an honest to goodness, high level ass fight. No knockdowns or super dramatic moments but I was riveted the entire time. Personally I would've scored it a draw, I came away impressed by both guys and I hope to see Suakim again. If Tenshin has one of these fights a year in between beating a clown car full of opponents in Rizin I will not mind at all.

Looks like Kazuma is trying to find a new admin for his Kickboxing news page.
I've noticed him posting less and less over the past year and read about him being a bit fed up with things and it's completely understandable. His level of activity can't be maintained by just a single person in the long run and it's a bit of a miracle he kept it going as long as he has.

Time to revisit that idea and then give them the Kazuma fb page for boost!

Today in China: Emei signed Allazov and Fang Bian released a new original song.
They didn't really give any details but perhaps Allazov vs. Yodwicha in the near future? Emei is kinda weird, good but weird, pretty nice production and increasingly some interesting fight(er)s there too. Sorta operates in a a slightly different market in China from the other promotions.
