While I have been somewhat keeping up with boxing in 2017, my award list is relatively short. Short, but sweet!

- Fighter(s) Of The Year
Anthony Joshua; he really put himself on the map by taking out Klitschko.

- Fight/Event/Knockout Of The Year
Anthony Joshua vs. Wladimir Klitschko


This fight was an event by itself and hits multiple checkmark boxes.

Great performance by both fighters.

- Comeback(s) Of The Year
Heavyweights in general!

- Story(s) Of The Year
Probably the crossover fight of Conor McGregor vs. Floyd Mayweather and the fact that it actually happened. While I thought the fight was better than expected, I hated all the fake hype surrounding it. While I'm not at all against crossover fights, I don't need to see any more of them involving neither McGregor nor Floyd. Unless Floyd is coming to MMA to get choked out, which would never happen.
