I will never understand American athletic commissions. Lesnar vs HMC isn't sanctioned, but this is allowed to happen?

sure the fight was a blow out but she had 8 pro fights and was undefeated. i dont see what the problem with sanctioning it is. and wasnt a brain condition sited as why lesnar vs choi never happened?
