Good ol' SK shenanigans with no fightcard 2 days before the event.
By jumping through some hoops I was able to find a few more matchups though (OP updated) and based on the participants left I'm guessing the remaining matchups will be:
Valentin Bordianu vs. Alexandru Radnev
Alex Filip vs. Cosmin Ionescu
